I have a balcony and hate the clean up and don't use it much. This is perfect and very cool straight outta Amsterdam from architects Hofman Dujardin. It opens in 15 seconds with the push of a button. Europe has the dopest architecture. I guess cause they don't have room to grow and live in apartments.
