This hydrocar is called The Scorpion by RONN MOTORS. It is gonna use gasoline still but this car is gonna get 40mpg(The Honda Hybrid gets 42mpg and the Prius gets 46mpg).
The technology is made by Hydrorunner and the car is to be released Fall of this year so if you got a extra 100thouwow to throw around go cop.
